November 5th. The day that Idris disappeared! 

Was a late night last night for no good reason - other than the fire was very warm and I may have been a little tired. 

Susie stuck her head in about 4am and found me out like a light on the settee.
Not totally unknown - but unusual in our time here so far...  So I slept a little longer this morning to get my 7 hours sleep.

Susie had got up early and sorted the girlies and managed to get the beds for the fruit bushes cleared and started on the pathways.

And I took the opportunity to take a shot of the willow and riverside.

I painted the other half of the first shed and finished the first section.

Sun was shining today and so we decided that we would go to Llangrannog again and walk the dog.
We had to wait until we had a delivery from the Love-brewing People..

So - as we were about to leave the lorry turns up from the Wood Yard - un-announced!!
Luckily we were there to accept the delivery and put it under cover...

Sadly - do not seem to have a photo at the moment - wanted to send it to Unkle Jimmy as Building Porn! Maybe tomorrow 

and so we set off to the beach ...

And when we get back - we notice that there is something missing...

Well Susie sees it first - and neither of us can be sure that it was there when we left - but we think we would have noticed - Idris was such a key image as we turned the corner.

He had been with us for many years - I enjoyed this image from the Wyvern Tales event in 2007 at Merthyr Mawr.. Candlestone ..

Sadly - we now are in a different position - I decided to put a sign up to show my disapproval - though I fully accept that it will not make any difference... After 30 years int he Police - I feel very helpless and will not be reporting as there is little reason to expect any solution, and though I cannot find a replacement on line at the moment - the value would be below the excess for the insurance...

Of course - it is in Welsh First ...  and I am grateful to a friend Adrian for checking and improving my Google Translate version ..  

And so - I learned another skill today - as I checked Youtube and then made some 3:1 cement and cemented the Magician into his barrel - in case someone fancies that one too.

Sad days !!

Oh - and Trump is moaning that he is no longer winning because people are counting the votes that are against him as well as the ones for him !!
