Thought for the day :"These are my Wonder Years – Wonder where I left the car, where my glasses are, where I left my phone, where the remote is and what day it is …"
Llanelli Trip today - up early and headed back - Good thing too as there appears to have been a huge rain storm yesterday, and our leaking gutter and back door seal meant that the kitchen was flooded. Not wet enough long enough to make a problem but good to have got in there and mop it up before if became a real problem. Put the heating on for a couple of hours and it is amazing how quickly the house warms up -
Took some old Inner Wheel memorabilia to Jo who is current President of Rotary in Llanelli. Chain of Office, the old bell and some photos and the insignia - good as I had no idea where they should go to ...
Hopefully they will go on display somewhere - it would be worthwhile as Llanelli Inner Wheel was one of the first in Wales.
Popped into Charlie's on the way back - really only as an off chance. We had visited the Swiss Valley Garden Centre - the original home of Idris the Dragon it seems. Turns out that Christine who used to be there was the one who made the cement Dragons and when she stopped - they broke all the molds ... so it seems that if we ever find Idris it is likely to be identifiable - though we have now decided that we should content ourselves in finding Idris 2
And so we popped into Charlies - as they have Dragons! - We know that Aldan is carving us a new one, but in the meantime we thought we may get a small Dragon that can sit in the Milk Churn and then move somewhere else - and it was red and quite sweet... Oh, and Susie saw some nice warm slippers, and I though that since we were there we ought to get a White Zinfandel Wine Kit - would save a journey later .. Quick pop in - spend £60 ... We are not safe out .. (I won't mention the seeds bought in Swiss Valley - that would be another story !)
Back Home and nothing really done today .. Asda delivery this evening.. Came as we sat down to dinner - but still better than wasting a couple of hours of our life...
Spent some time this evening making a video Birthday Card for a friend from Mythodea - one of the Flaming Eagles - set for next Friday - but he will not be watching here so I will post for future reference ... Ahh - to large to upload so will keep unlisted on Youtube and link here..
First time I have picked the guitar up since I came to Ffynnon Wen - filmed in the living room ...
Have to get back to this before I forget how...

TV Licensing are trying to find out who is watching TV in 41 New Road - if someone is - I want to know as well! Threatening £1,000 fine and apparently called at the door and had no reply - not surprised!
That about summarises the world as it is this evening... Glass of wine and maybe some hand sanitiser to finish...
And now for something different.... It's all about the Rebel Base...
