Woke to a cold, frosty and bright morning. Susie was clearly in need of an extra 1/2 hour in bed - in fairness she has been up first every day since we have been here other than one other when she was feeling very poorly - so I struggled up and put my wellies on and ventured out to release the livestock...

So - we have managed to achieve a few things today - Susie started the second stage of the Chicken Cull and dispatched another 6 pounder.

She also cleared the rhubarb patch and found at least 5 crowns and on researching that the soil should be laced with gravel to increase drainage - found that the soil was full of gravel - Well Done Victor - or Krysia - they obviously got it right.

I did the trip to Newcastle Emlyn to Chadzy's the wood place and bought a security bolt and some more black fence covering. The fence covering seems to be old stock and we will need a lot so may well go and buy another pot - for future use before the price goes up.

Also did the trip to Vic to drop off his washing and picked up some bottle of Schweppes Tonic at £1  bottle - manager's special - better price than Asda or Tesco a the the moment.

Susie put another pot of "wash" on so we have hand sanitiser for Christmas.

I gave the shed doors another coat of paint and set the bolts and security hasp.

New toy arrived today - Apeman Camera - should have video and photos

Where we think the animal tracks are showing activity

We shall see - hopefully ..

Camera strapped onto tree...

Set on timer for 6pm to 8am - will check tomorrow ..

Think this is false - but I thought it was a nice touch..
Meanwhile...

Still not resolved - but life goes on...

53 years since the first episode of Doctor Who.

Unearthly Child
Cheers !
