Thought for the day :"If Lawyers are disbarred and Clergy defrocked, then Chauffeurs should be derided"
A full day - first we started the Yurt Clearance and found it to be a lot harder than expected. The ground is riddled with large stones - one of which took two of us to lift out of the ground. Instead of being able to use the motor auger to dig the holes for the posts easily - it took a few houirs to get even the first 5 posts into the ground.
And then it became clear that we were not going to get very far with the wheel barrow in the condition that it was in - a broken wheel with a puncture..
So the old wheelbarrow had to be cannibalised and new brackets put onto the new barrow and so it go fixed - and that allowed us to get the concrete down to the yurt-space..
and at the end of the day - 5 posts were in place and concreted in - and four holes have been started - but will require more effort again tomorrow.
A hard day - but a good one - we will get there ...
