Much better day today - in fact was able t sit in my shorts and tee shirt int he sun and drink Diet Coke ..
Took the opportunity of getting the Bosch hedge trimmer out and attacking a number of bushes and hedges that were in need of some attention. In fairness - not with any real system - just walk around and trim some hedges - will have to think about clearing the fallen leaves tomorrow ...
Had to rework the strawberry beds - the end legs had really not gone in straight and when I adjusted them so they were vertical the carefully measured slats across the beds no longer reached the edges - so some corrections were required. I love working with screws all the time - it make corrections so easy !
But redid the set up and put all the grow bags in place and added some cross slats to allow a rope to put the netting over .. rather pleased with the design when all is said an done ..
Later Rhys cam over and with dual chain-saws w brought down a tree that would be badly over the Yurt and chopped it back - will have to clear up properly over the next few days, but the main task was dropping the tree in a safe manner - and with two of us there in case of problems - worked well .. and we had a couple of beers afterwards...

So I spent some time putting membrane down and adding more of the plastic frame footpaths ready for more gravel - so much to do
