Thought for the day :"Someone ripped the 5th month out of my calendar – I am dismayed"
She managed to clear the patio - and I had a look at the Island as I had the idea that the motor mower might manage to top the ground in the same way that the John Deere managed the lower quarter.
Also needed to see if the pile of greenery might burn and clear the area...

May have slightly overdone it - but looking forward to revisiting tomorrow with the strimmer to tidy up the edges... Another day to come ...
