11th July 2022 - Carpets for the Yurt, More Heat and More Covid

Another Covid day. 

Both made a decision that we probably did a little too much yesterday, so decided to have a chill day.

And that is what we did - even a joint nap in the afternoon.

Carpets finally arrived from A2Z rugs - we will deliver in 45 days - 60 days later - but they arrived and to be honest we cannot complain about the quality or the price. 

And Susie's new Duck or Grouse sign is now in place

Took advantage of the fact that we have a river and spent a nice hour down sitting on a log and throwing a stick for Toby while 'Thena paddled.

Was quite cool there.

Bus trip to Germany cancelled by Flixbus - but the on line app allowed a simple change of route - one which was worth £40 more - and gets me there at 5am instead of 4am but via Brussels rather than Cologne.
