9th June 2021 - Ponds and Brush Cutters

Thought for the day :" My local garden centre is selling garden shelters ridiculously cheaply. I was wondering do they really keep out the sun and rain, or are they just a plazebo?"

Had the Timberpro 7 in 1 tool repaired and collected it today ...

Works well now and a lot easier with the long grass than the electric strimmer.

Cleared a large section of overgrown lawn today - should be able to get on top of it now.

Susie planted her Flags and Iris that I brought back from No 41, and generally cleared the pods of weed. I brought some tadpoles back but I  do not think that there were very many.

Susie found good use for her Waders!!   

Visited Vic today and he was very bright and glad to see us. He is a lot stronger and we may well be able to bring him out for a visit to the house in a couple of weeks. He seems happy and the staff say that he is always smiling.  Think that he is in the best place...

Have to finish unloading the trailer tomorrow. Might do a trip back to get rid of the white goods on Friday. Estate agent have been in to take the photos and a video of the house. She says that the garden is a lot better !!   Too right...

Tried to book the dump for Friday and no places left so will have to be Sunday now 
Saturday we are being invaded by Cor Curiad !!  

Hopefully I shall survive to get to the dump on Sunday!!
