Thought for the day :"An apple a day will keep anyone away – if you throw it hard enough"
Today I went to Llanelli again but today was a a turning point, as though I was taking time to take down the IKEA shelving unit and the computer desk and TV table, decided that we can recycle all of this some how, the new "hoarding" is the new "upcycling" instead, but the main reason today was to have the estate agent finally get to the house and give us a decision regarding valuation.
Despite the fact that it is clearly a large building with some work to be done, our agent was happy to suggest that we should go for £200K (marketing suggestion is £199,950) at 1% plus VAT for existing customer and that seems reasonable after the last few months work!! Frankly I woudl be glad when it is all over, and this is a key stage in the process.
Suggest hoover and surface clean and leave it as it is - nothing to gain from additional work.
In fact leave the last pieces of furniture if required - someone may actually bid for them

So that is a decision made...
Saturday I have to get the tyres on the car changed (had to order them in) so we will go and clean the house and give the go ahead for photos and sale. Also need to cut down the jungle that is No 41 at the moment. Maybe take down the chicken shack...
Meanwhile Susie says she has had a quiet day - but has been weeding, and planting, re-earthing her potatoes, and working all around the garden.... She told me earlier but I have forgotten but it sounds like a solid 6 hours of work and walked the dog!
So, no photos today, just a car load of wood and "stuff". Bought a new pair of sequiturs, a jemmy bar to take out nails from the pallets, and some solar lights and torches - In my defense I was left unsupervised.
Cheers !
