A day in Llanelli again - clearing No 41.
Susie has done an amazing job and the house is clean, wiped and hoovered.
Under suggestions from the estate agent we have not done any more - we have left the painting and any other updates other than general clear.
I spent the day clearing the garden - finishing off the weeding of the patio and clearing all the paths and cutting back the foliage. Two big bags of greenery to be taken together with several other bags of general rubbish. Broke up some furniture but at the moment thinking that I will bring it up to Ffynnon Wen and it can be burned on a firepit if necessary - but I may find other use for it now that I am doing all sorts of woodwork.
Emailed the Estate Agent to say that she can go in a photograph and put the house on the market.
Going rate is 1% plus VAT - but as we do not want to be around to show people it is a cost we will accept.
Target price is £200K. We shall see what happens.
Blisters on my thumb tonight from the strimming and the digging.
Sadly, veranda lights have stopped working today. Probably have cut through the cable while strimming - so will have another task tomorrow - to try to find a break. There is a glimmer of light at the start of the run so it will be a case of following it through. Just another think to do ...
No photos tonight. Didn't get around to any more pictures - maybe tomorrow after I clear the hard standing at 41.
