Thought for the day :"Found some lovely vegetarian pasties, they were made in Quornwall"
Drove down yesterday with the trailer behind. Looking at the rooms now while Susie is at Tescos.
Not too much really - if you say it quickly !
Not as much as I thought ...
Leaving as much in place as possible so we can have a farewell drink with the neighbours tonight.
Sky closed down for telephone, broadband and TV from Friday. Very painless - just said that he is going into sheltered accommodation and they have a department to deal - the same as they do with bereavement - was very impressed with the customer service.
Will leave the other services until we know what is happening.
Vic is a little confused but seems alright with the concept of the move which is the big break. Our fear was that we would get down here and he might have forgotten that he was intending to move. Does not seem to be the issue ..
Oh well - back to some packing ...
