Started planning the next CD with sound technician/producer. The artist in me is struggling to get out. Which brought me to this picture....

So - first viewing of farm houses....

Went to look at a quite nice 6 bedroom house with conversion yesterday. Rather nice and ticked many boxes but for some reason they have bulldozed a lot of hardcore across the main landscape area. A bit of a pity but would entail far too much additional work to get it looking good.

In other news  saw this little idea today and thought how good that could be for so many people. Thinking of those with Dementia, mental or physical problems. No-one wants an accident but at the end of the day a lot of them happen every day....

Waiting on the phone for another viewing, then Chepstow to Athelstan this evening.
