17th April 2022 - Fiddly jobs around the garden

Thought for the day :"Someone keeps sending me flowers with the heads cut off. I think I'm being stalked."

Lots of little jobs today...

Started trying to clear the stage area - put chairs and folding tables on the shelves in the tunnel .

Susie dug out a lot of goat compost for one of her raised beds that she had weeded.

We trimmed some of the trees in the lower quarter and did some weeding.

Sat on the John Deer and mulched the lawns again and they look good.

Decided to put a set of drawers from the marquee kitchen onto the patio and so created a pallet wood frame to hold it and keep it in context. Gonna need some more pallets!

Generally  did lots of small tasks today and cannot really see much at the end of the day to record.

But sunny enough for a breakfast outside 

and colour beginning to come back into the garden

And blossom out and ready 

And since it is Easter ...
