Thought for the day :"My mother-in-law came round the other day....but after a brief struggle I managed to sedate her again."
A couple of nice shots from the holiday ....
But we are back in Llanelli and the heating is on but I am trying to keep to Crete time for a bit to see if I can get a little more done in the day without too much procrastination ...
Need to pick up an apron for Saturday's meeting of the Royal Order of Scotland ...
Will post later ..
Meanwhile - the Birthday cards are done up to the end of the month and the Blog has been started and the Thought of the day is completed and the second cup of tea is just about finished and it is not 9am yet... Feeling quite good about that - not sure how long it will last !!
Heading for a Health kick as much as I can with back to back Masonry coming up - but I think if I stop the potatoes and bread and drop the alcohol - I may show some improvements by Christmas.
So look for a miserable so and so for the next few weeks in the blog!!
Seems we have a leak in the Bathroom - from the roof - so will have to try and get out there sometime today ... managed to mend the back gate with some WD40 yesterday - and will try the Bothy and see if it will start.. And the list of tasks to complete is getting a little daunting - but it is not yet 9am !!
Finished a song for Frivolita at the holiday - and will have to start working on that - but today I have to go and empty the trailer as we need it on Thursday to take benches and tables to the Craft Show for the Choir. So plans are to get to the Lock-up - do some clearing, Get to Wayne to discuss the Weekend and Royal Order of Scotland, pick up at the apron from Swansea, and get back to some paperwork... Just waiting on a call to say that they have no organist at Prince of Wales tonight - it normally comes in mid afternoon. I will be playing for the installation of Trevor Kelway on Thursday - so it will be a busy week - and sadly no potatoes or bread !! With free meals !! Ho Hum.
Well - coming up to 9am so best start on the list ...
Cheers !
