Thought for the day :"Visited my doctor today.
He told me my sugar was too high. So I came home & moved it to a lower shelf"

An early start today as I headed down to Abergavenny for the John Benjamin Lloyd Court of the Order of Athelstan. Doing part of the Ceremony and bringing in two heads of Orders, the District Grand Master of the Royal and Select Masters in South Wales and Monmouthshire, and a Past Provincial Grand Master of the South Wales Craft.
A good meeting and enjoyable lunch.
Left the Car in Swansea and then headed off to North Wales - Bangor for a Craft Lodge where I met up with an old colleague - Russel Erwood the Jester of Conway. Not expecting to see him as the Senior Deacon. Again a very pleasant meal as always at Bangor Masonic and a Premier Lodge room for the night across the road.
by our guest dog a couple of weeks ago.
Cheers
