So about ready to open
Last stage today was to get some weighted bases for the umbrellas - especially the new umbrella which is over 3 meters by 3 meters - and thanks to Sarah and Dave - we had a pot and post fix to make the bases - think I may have overdone the largest - not sure that I could move it at all !!
and also we have the beer !
In other news , Susie cleared the springs and we are waiting for some special logs that may hold back the proliferation of weed...
I cleared the big duck pond and refilled and the small Duck pond and refilled
The green netting has all been moved to try to stop the Chickens escaping ...
Susie spent a long time trying to adjust the chicken fencing and netting around the paddock...
Didn't get around to cutting the box hedging - think that is going to be missed this year.
Rain tonight and the forecast is not good for the weekend
