Saturday - and Dave agreed to come and help by building a buttress to stop the patio walls falling over.. took some trouble getting the sand, cement, and blocks into the driveway - the trailer was too long and we had to use Sarah with the tractor to get the ton bags unloaded..

But managed to get the lawns cut and a lot of strimming down while we waited on them bringing the stuff..

So the final slab done and dusted - waiting for the blocks tomorrow

Sadly the kiwi is ready to flower for the first time this year - hoping that we have not disturbed too much

In other news, sadly the mink got into the eaters today and took one of them and attacked another

They were ready to be culled as well ..

But the fledgling blue tits are so tame that they sit on the hand to feed - we think maybe the mother is not there and so they are all so friendly - hopefully it will continue

In other news - Amazon seem to have doubled up my order for another two sets of garden lighting - which is a little embarrassing - as I now have another 5 sets of lights to set up - oops!

And in other news - took the opportunity of capturing some of the lovely coloured blooms int he garden at the moment 

And we are cream crackered - or as the Germans say Fix und Fertig!!
