Time for a new profile picture today - it is Monday after all..
Appointment today with the specialist and x-rays for the shoulder - apparently all healing as expected - asked why it was still hurting and told to expect it for at least 6 months if not 8 months - Bum !! Thought I was doing well with the physio and the swimming ... Never mind.
I can lift it to almost shoulder height - but it is difficult not to lift the shoulder as well.
One day !!
