Sunday... Had to re-calibrate the duck door as it was not catching and though it had opened for the ducks was not working properly and showing an error
'Thena decided to take a long walk over Wyn's Field opposite the kitchen on the way home form our walk. Possibly my own fault - I had climbed up the forestry to see where she was getting through the fence, and found a likely couple of places but no sign of 'Thena.
20 minutes later and nothing showing on the trackers, including Toby who was by my feet but still showing as being a half a mile away so I decided to go down to the lane - and saw 'Thena heading back across the field towards us. Then she turned and headed off in a determined fashion towards the other end of the field.
Ended up taking Toby on the Lead up the main road to the gate to Wyn's field and sure enough there was 'Then nosing around in the woods.
Put them both on the lead and Toby was not happy as Ted was in his front garden, and 'Thena kept slipping her collar but we got back, though it included a check o the Romany Caravan grounds on the way back. Rat Bags Both!!
But by the afternoon the clouds were disappearing and it was still mild - deceptively for this time of year. Even had the moon out as I went down to put the Girlies away.
So a pleasant evening - but still classes as a rainy day...
