7th January 2022 - Spring Clearing and Vehicle admin

Thought for the day :" 97% of scientists agree with whoever is funding them .."

A cod day with bitter wintry winds - and as today was to be an admin day we started by togging up in our warmest waterproofs - Susie in her waders, and took the drain rods down to the springs.

A few quick rams up the pipe and the blockage - mainly leaves - freed and the gush of water was quite spectacular.

To cut a story short - the springs are now at the right level again and the weed has been scraped off the top of the water .

So little to show for it - but the dogs enjoyed the stroll along the lower quarter..

So - on to the admin 

Insurance for a 1994 Landrover...
Tax and renew insurance on the Qashqai thought we will be looking to sell early.
