Thought for the day :"I just fell off a 50 foot ladder! It's a good job I was on the bottom rung."
Up early and off to Llanelli for another clearance day. Got up early so I could go via Cardigan and pick up the scope for Susie's Rifle, got there at 9am - only to find that they open from 10am to 3pm - so that blew that idea !
Hit Llanelli and finished clearing the basement - living room now full of stuff to bring up to the house - One trailer full I think and then the Wardrobe sections for spare wood and Mirrors. Hopefuly that will clear the house enough to get the last of the furniture disposed of and then bring the piano and harmonium, and large freezer, to be used for feed storage. We will get there !
Came back via a facebook trader who was selling large plastic boxes - seemed like a good idea to store stuff outside for a while...
Saga of DPD - they have an issue raised and apparently will be picking up the parcel today and delivering tomorrow - meanwhile one of the traders have notified that they are sending another parcel and will get DPD to collect and return.. we shall see how that works out!!
Susie has been working on her veg beds again, and has put my geraniums out in the window boxes
And that is about it for today ...
