Thought for the day :"What borders on Stupidity ? Scotland and Wales!"
Indian Summer here in Ffynnon Wen. Chris and Vicky here util lunchtime, and Chris had dug over one of our veg beds by the time I was up this morning. Vicky carried on clearing the pathways.
I cleared the mechanic shed of the last tree trunk using the log splitters. Looked at leveling the ground, which seems to have some concrete already around the edges. Looking to get some extra wood to make the frame.
Took the duck house down to the paddock and set a new paddock area for the girlies, to allow the rest to recover.
Attacked the willow - already cut down but just spread over the river edge - so set a fire on the flat ground at the bottom rather than carry it all the way up the garden Should have thought of that before.
Made it much easier..
Finished fixing the walkway yesterday - so that is one less on the list...
tomorrow looks like a visit to Vic to take some shopping and send a new shopping list. Managed to get his telephone working again today or rather BT finally fixed whatever problem there was - they never informed us... But managed to talk with him today and while I was talking one of the carers tried to sort hos television. Sounds as though he has taken the wire out of the wall and tried to fit it back into the back of the TV. We will see if it is working tomorrow.

Oh well
It seems that God was seen walking the hills of the Preseli's this afternoon. When asked what he was doing he said that because of the current crisis he decided to work from home...
