Thought for the day: "A Cat and a Comma… one has claws at the end of its paws, the other is a pause at the end of the clause"
September 13 is the 256th day of the year (257th in leap years) in the Gregorian calendar.
There are 109 days remaining until the end of the year. This date is
slightly more likely to fall on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday (58 in 400
years each) than on Friday or Saturday (57), and slightly less likely
to occur on a Monday or Wednesday (56).
Not many people know that !
Apparently - this is also the "Day of the Programmer"
The Day of the Programmer (in Russian: День программиста) is an international professional day recognized in many technology companies and programming firms, that is celebrated on the 256th (hexadecimal 100th, or the 28th) day of each year (September 13 during common years and on September 12 in leap years). It is officially recognized in Russia.
I bet you didn't know that either !!
Cheers!
