Thought for the day :"A dentist married a manicurist, When they had a row they fought tooth and nail"
Rained
We seem to have a chicken knocking on the front door !
But today was a day to prepare for the weekend - Firstly a new stage extension to hold the electric drums without detracting from the rest of the stage area..
Meanwhile - went shopping to get the beer and Tesco Shopping and popped into B & M for some cheap toilet rolls for the Ladies and for the Fire Lanterns, oh, and a spare Mr Squeak for Toby - not to play with but to call him back when he loses the real Mr Squeak.
Will have some clearing to do tomorrow as there are instruments everywhere including Dave's Double Bass
And finally - put the Masonic Casting onto the Stage Area - took a photo to send to Steve Gill as a thank you
Cut the Lawns so they are tidy, and cleared the Paddock.
Have to clear the duck pond tomorrow - gonna be a nasty job - it is full of duck muck...
But it looks pretty awful - a green sludge and though I am fond of the colour Green - this does not really invite customers...
Susie booked the Hotel for the outward trip and found that I had done a boo boo with the Eurotunnel booking - managing to book us to come back on the 12th August instead of the 5th - those were last year's dates - oops - luckily, there was no cost to the change over and we are now confirmed.

So seems we will be staying in Dunkirk
Cheers !
