One for posterity.

Found today that the Old Mill at Rhydowen is back on the market.

When we looked at it they were asking £310K - and we thought that it would be a possibility, and were half thinking about it as we headed off to look at Ffynnon Wen.

Today it is back on the market for £525K.

I thought I would put down some of the photos from the estate agent for the record.
