Decided to attack the first part of the electronics today..
The Solar Lights for the Yurt seem to be working once they have a proper charge form the electricity - so it seems that there may not have been enough power to charge the battery to get the lights working. Put it back into the the Yurt and seems to be working at the moment - May have to do special charge before people stay ...
And then looked at the lower quarter fairy lights - and decided to put a proper waterproof double socket at the end of the 16amp power cables - and that worked okay other than the fact that the control plugs for the fairy lights were too big for the waterproof socket case.. Had to build a box around it to keep it dry...
And the newly chopped trees from the polytunnel have provided some poles for the new fairy light display on the patio...
All high enough to avoid getting accidentally chopped - which is a good step forward after spending a day trying to get the existing lights working ....
My camera does not do it justice... I like it...
In other news - Elon Musk allows Trump back onto Twitter - think I will cancel my account - I don't use it anyway!!
But I note that "Have I got News for you" comment...
