Walked the dogs - Toby's hot spot on his neck clearing up quite well - though still looks sore.
Almost finished his steroids on top of his antibiotics...
Quick fight with EE for another overcharge of their mobile phone. Now that roaming charges are separate again (thank you Brexit), our trip to Germany cost not only £24 each for July but also for August - even though it was only 10 days !!!
Still - gave me £13.64 refund - better than nothing . Have to challenge all the time or they will just take the money ...
Took the opportunity to clear the duck shed. Really needed it !!
Of course the poor ducks had never been outside before so were a little agoraphobic. Was all new to them. They seemed to get some confidence back but had to be helped back into the coop.
In other news, we got a new Cockerel from Nicki up the road. His name is Ed but we don't have cockerels with that sort of name - we think he will be a Cuthbert
He is a huge Buff Orpington and looks to be a fine specimen
Of course - took so much time getting him into the coop to meet his girls that I forgot to take any photos ... Looks like storms tomorrow so may be Monday before we get some pictures
