1st September 2022 - Perhaps we need more Tavern Tat ?

Thought for the day :"Recently bought a toilet brush. Cutting a long story short but I am going back to paper!"

First day on our own and taking it easy.

Trip to Newcastle Emlyn to get a card for Erin..  and popped into some antique shops again 

Managed not to buy anything...

Got back to the homestead and Susie finds a Greenhouse Paraffin heater at a very good price so we pop out again  to Synod Inn to collect...

Of course we do not need any more lights for the Tavern - but there are some things that you cannot refuse...

And on the way home we pop into a Craft shop that we have not seen before where there is a lovely wooden carving of Gollum on a log - very nice and probably worth the £400 price tag - but too high for us.  But on a shelf there is an embroidered Peacock tray on glass.  Ideal for the Yurt ...
