Thought for the day :"AA Milne, the creator of Winnie the Pooh, had a smaller brother called AAA Milne..."
Work day today.
Had to address the tunnel as it was blocked with spare wood and various items and there is still a need for more display area. There are enough shelf units from 41 and from here to construct something that will be useful.
And part of the plan was to use a couple of the MDF sheets that I rescued from the project to build the police communications centre so many years ago. The principle was that to ensure that the communication lines in a call centre are correctly aligned you need to know where the attention of each person has to be directed - who you communicate with and where then lines of supervision are. To do this the desk shapes were cut out of MDF and laid on the floor so you have a physical representation of the structure of the call centre. After the exercise, there were a lot of pieces of MDF that were heading for the dump, so I rescued some to reduce the costs of disposal. They have had many uses over the years, but two gave me a wooden back frame to work with today. I think that some can be cut into circles to paint as Viking Shields for Ty Bach passage wall...
But overall - I am pleased with the progress today - from clearing the ivy to a main structure...
Happy Chappy
Oh - and a Count Down ...
Cheers !
