Lower today - not sure what that says ...

So, a long and frenetic day yesterday. Susie had chest pains after working on the Chicken netting on Saturday night, and found herself under the weather. Sunday was a loss - mainly in bed with no energy.
Monday morning called the doctor who advised and ambulance and within twenty minutes an Ambulance was at the door - blocking the lane. Stewart and Jason were a delightful team and after doing all the checks they were able to do an advised a trip to Carmarthen to the hospital for chest ex-rays and blood tests.

Yes - the chicken run was finished and a visit to Vic - but it was 11pm before she was released - and of course we are still almost an hour away - so it was 1am before we got back home and a well earned cup of tea...

And so we now have a diagnosis - it seems that she has angina and probably has had it since March when they gave up before doing the angiagram  and sent her home instead with a "suspected virus".

Explains the pains, the sudden lack of energy, lethargy, general feeling bad and a couple of days in bed every few weeks. Some new medication and the prognosis is fine - though they will be sending her for the angiagram now to check if medication is sufficient. So - at least we know where we are now - and she may take it a little easier around the garden for a while - it is so wet that nothing would be growing anyway.

Still not great tonight - but that may my cooking of roast chicken with chips and brocolli after being almost food free for two days ... will monitor again tomorrow.

But another trip back to Carmarthen today to pick up the prescription at the pharmacy (not open at night) and so the day was lost - trailer to be emptied tomorrow and hopefully a trip to Llanelli.

Sadly weather forecast is looking to be bad tomorrow .. oh well - there is always Thursday!

Had lovely support from both sets of local neighbours - it is a lovely place to live...

Cheers !
