From family members today - but with a degree of research to look at the veracity of this advice - it seems to be real  and valid...  Deep breaths and hold for 5 seconds x 5, then again with a cough at the end of it - do this twice - lie down on stomach and breathe over a pillow - most of the lungs are at the back of the body and you want to take the pressure off the back ...  keep the oxygen level up !!!

Boris is in Intensive Care so we will see how grown up the Policians turn out to be as they start their power grabs for the big jobs... I donto hold out much hope for humanity...
Full lock down appears to be more likely in the wake of politicial instability at the top.

Start the rotovator - see if it will start
