Rain (and fog)
A slow and painful journey back from the wedding with terrible weather, but we decided to take the Northern route - going up tot eh M42 and then across to Aberystwyth and then down - added half an hour to the journey but I think I would have been very anxious to come along the motorways in the road conditions - even in the Volvo !!
But before we left we took some photos of the hotel that we were staying in. A lovely family of Chinese or similar origin - clearly making a go of a hotel that was left behind when the M40 passed it by ... and making their mark on the design and feel
