Royal and Select this morning - past masters' meeting at Giraldus Cambrensis. Went quite well.
Director of Ceremonies.. 
Went to look at the Carmarthen Farm this afternoon - Bronhaul...

 A very nice spacious farm - well set out house (4 bedrooms) and a quite nice set of land. Good out buildings and ticks many boxes as well as the key one - "near to Llanelli" which is a big bonus - but a lo of money for what it is - But it is near Carmarthen so expected to be expensive.

Ready for a games night with the Madigans and Birthday tomorrow with two more viewings..
