4th September 2026 - Sowly taking the Tavern down

Thought for the day :"I was thinking about taking up archery but it has its drawbacks."

Must be getting a little older!!  It has taken longer to get the act together to take everything down from the Tavern.

Not helped by the flood defences yesterday with Chris as that just takes more out of me... but managed to get the banners and the bunting and the street lights down today.

Also cleared the marquee area  enough to get the Landrover under cover.  

In other news - Fabio is losing his feathers - need to get in there tomorrow and collect the feathers from the ground.
