Gwili Conclave in Carmarthen for the morning so got up early.
Haven't been for a while and they gave me a good welcome - and we had a candidate.
Didn't stay for the meal as it was in the Ivy Bush - ladies invited and £27.50. Didn't see the value in that so popped in on Nancy and the family to wish Torren a happy birthday and give him a card from us.
Susie was still feeling unwell, and on my way home phoned me, so was obviously feeling worse. Got home to find her with a BP of 225 over 125. Packed the dogs in the back of the Juke, and headed off to Aberystwyth A & E.
Seemed best to drop her there because it was already 3pm, and the hour drive home would get me back in tome to put the birds away and feed the dogs.
Susie had to wait for the results of a Cat Scan, but by 10pm she was ready to come home.
Ratbag of a Toby decided that he didn't want to get into the car and when I lifted Tilly in he was off like a shot. Had to take Tilly on the lead around the Romany Caravan but no sign, and then tried our normal evening walk up to the concrete slabs, but still no sign - Luckily Tilly decided it was time to have a poo!!
Got into the car and decided to take a quick hike up to Moylon Farm and back, and as I got back to the lay-by there was the ratbag on the road. Luckily the fear of the car did not scare him and he came to me willingly, for the lead to be put on and got into the car.
Arrived 25 minutes later than expected, and got Susie back home just before midnight.
Susie a lot better once she knew that the scan was clear - though still no real idea of what is going on.
Monitoring her blood pressure for a week to see what happens again ..
Had a day at home therefore, so here are a few puppy pictures...
