4th April 2025 - Toilet Construction

Wet (until 10am then lovely weather)

2025 : Wet 42 : Dry 51

Day started with rain so suggested to Dave that he turn up at 10am rather than 9 - though I was up and sorting the girlies at 8am - what is happening to me ? 

But today was "lets get the eco toilet sorted and safe"

In fairness it is 10 ft off the ground and needs to be super safe for possible drunken personnel wanting the toilet !

And so these are the photos of the development 

Dropped some stuff into the loo and had to climb down into the pit ..

Sadly needed a ladder to get me out - I just don't bend that way any more !

And non slip floorways 

Meanwhile, Susie is putting the bamboo matting around the shower room and has done another layer of paint to the floor..

A long day, including having to buy more feather lap panels as I underestimated once again 

but got there in the end 

A door required and some steps and a hand rail and we will be finished there

Tomorrow is a day for completing all the last bits of the house and a bit of painting
