18th November 2023 - Levelling the Hard standing

Had a nice letter of thanks from Air Ambulance today for the £625 (plus gift aid) 

Nice to be appreciated ..

In other news - got some of the long wooden plinths from the lower quarter and set them so I have a  level to work to for the hard standing ..  used a spirit level so we have a target ..

And so it starts 
Barrowing some stones down to the lower quarter 

Raised the pathway by the gate to stop the ducks and chickens passing through 

Need t find some big stones to hold the wooden plinth in place by the springs as the slate is stopping me putting pins in place ..

Other task today was to use the drain rods on the pipes between the two top springs - so get the flow working properly
