Looked at two farms yesterday - neither fully suitable. First was too wet and a long way away - Salem, and the second was also a long way away - at the top of a mountain and too much work to do - Llanybyther. Next viewing Saturday afternoon - back in Carmarthen.

Think this is an old picture as the current asking price is £395K

In other news - changed the Council Tax forms to show both names on it so we can send that to the Conveyancer, and completed the contract form which has now been posted. All moving forward with a prospective completion date in April.

Good use for a Scarlet Cord

Scarlet Cord and Secret Monitor yesterday, and Susie drove up with me and enjoyed some company with old college friends.

All set for a lie in this morning but of course the phone went at 9am - though I did not answer. It is still difficult to ignore completely though it is in a different room.

Still a mountain f emails to go through - playing catch up on the start of the new year. We will get there in the end...  Royal & Select tomorrow - but it is in Llanelli - Director of Ceremonies.
