So - the issue of parking continues from bad to worse .. Here we have a set of double yellow lines that is so small it can only affect a toy car - but it seems that the requirements of the parking regulations mean that any area not painted must be painted ... I leave this for you to view..
There might alwaysb be someone who falls foul of the law though ...
