14th August 2022 - Some Colour in the Garden

Thought for the day :"They are making a new Dracula movie. It's not a reboot though, it's a complete revamp."

A Sunday and day of rest - having got the John Deer all the way up the garden - we did not want to do much more - it was so hot again.

I tried to cut a bit of one of the hedges - decided to do it with cutters rather than the hedge trimmer
Susie did some cutting of the pathways with the hand held strimmer (Bosch rechargeable)
and I cleared the lawn edges.

Had some neighbours wanting to see the gardens so we did a tour and that was fun - also allows me to see a couple of places that I need to sort for the weekend ..

Too hot until the end of the evening when it has suddenly got cool enough to be comfortable ..

The Pleiades should be showing but no sign this evening - even though the skies are clear.

SO a quiet Sunday really ...
