Thought for the day :"The Egyptians invented the doorbell. TOOT AND COME IN...."
A trip to Cwmtydu with the gods and it was cold an blowy but the dogs seemed to enjoy and Toby went a little deeper than he was expecting and proved that he is a natural swimmer.
Of course when you are an old dog - the last thing that you need is children insisting that it is time to get up
Back at the homestead - it was a trip down to the lower quarter to start clearing more of the trees dropped to clear the cabin area...
Not really showing much difference but a full truck load of small twigs and branches for future kindling from the fallen branches. Probably would have done some more bu the battery on the chain saw ran out and 'Thena went walkabout - finding that Susie's "Stairway to Heaven" actually does reach the road - which she did and Toby and I had to follow her down the lane as she strolled back towards the house.
But for the purpose of before and after photos - after all we hope to have a cabin built here next year !
In other news - I saw a post on Twitter about abortion and adoption.
Now I have no comments to make upon the subject matter at all .. but it was clearly an emotive subject for those on the thread... with thousands of tweets and retweets ...

The only comment I wish to make upon the thread and the tweet is that not one tweet mentioned that they may have spelled adoption wrong ! or rather deleted the wrong letter !
Also on my feed today - a memory of Mythodea popped up .. A short version of "Wo Trinken Wir"
filmed in the Bad Norderby at Mythodea.
I am on day 4 of my Teeth Whitening - and coincidentally Day 4 of my body purge - drinking so much water that I may be drowning. Taking the opportunity to have a week off the juice as I cannot drink tea, coffee, red wine, whisky or anything with stain in it while the teeth are being bleached.
Apparently I am not snoring at the moment !
