The sun came out (surprisingly) today and that put me under pressure. I needed to get off my backside for a change  and that was a shock to the system.

Susie a little better today - went to the doctor and they were great - giving her 35minutes of examination - taking bloods and setting up another MRI in case of gall stones as well as the other problems. 

Blood pressure regulating a little more so that is a bonus as well.

So walking the dogs on a bright November day - the skylines were great 

though we had to wait for 'Thena to arrive - chasing the foxes again I think 

She is out there somewhere 

Went to Mark and Wendy at Penrhwpal and took them slab of slate for their wood burner base and picked up the first of many trailer loads of hardcore - filling the holes in ..

Still haven't touched the stones for the paths - Ho Hum !!

Managed to get a senior citizen rail card on line with a Tesco voucher - so looking to head to London on Friday for the Royal Order of Scotland  

Could be a long journey
