27th July 2018 - Locked and Loaded

Was looking through various sites and came across the Comicon from San Diego - thought I would share...

Can't fault it - especially when the Daleks come out and dance

and so the Bothy is loaded and set for the journey tomorrow...

and the Drunken Monk Teddies are waiting to go...

All the documentation is there - so fingers crossed for an uneventful jounrey .....

Getting ready for LARP I suppose...

So finally managed to do some domestic copies of the CD - though am having problems getting the Meta Data onto the Disk - so they are just home pressed at the moment - but must be honest I think that they are quite good ...  I may be biassed

It was suggested I start my next project ....  

But that will be after Mythodea - with luck ...

So - family here and the Bothy is fixed and I need to load her up and sort stuff...

Probably the reason I am prevaricating here ..

In other news - a picture of one of Susie's dresses being used for a friend's daughter who was having a music exam - and allowed to wear an appropriate costume - here is is one of Susie's dresses...  Looking good

And after the Curious Pastime Event - I managed to get a few Photographs arranged last night ...  prevarication of course - the Bothy is in the Garage again with suspected Clutch Master Cylinder problems - hopefully all fixed in plenty of time for the weekend ... Full link here

Well - enough of Mermaids, I found these rather fetching photos in my feed today - these armour pieces are heading to Germany for Mythodea ...   I shall look forward to perhaps seeing someone wearing them .. One can live in Hope !

In Wigan this weekend for Curious Pastimes event 3 ... 
Bothy all washed and cleared and T Cut and looking shiny and new .... Fingers crossed for a good trip  prior to Next week in Germany ...

Saw this comparison photo of the famous Salem Picture. It is said that she was so proud of her new shawl that the Devil came into Chapel with her and you can see him looking to the right on her arm - the face made out of the pattern of the shawl....

As you can see in the current photo - the pictures of Salem are there as well on the wall - otherwise there appears to be very little difference..
