Thought for the day :"I absolutely refuse to accept the fact, that I fell overboard on an Egyptian river cruise!"
WET
Chris with me today so we decided to clear the woodpile from the fence at the Peacock enclosure with a view to progressing the new aviary boundary
About half a ton of wood moved and then we started putting more of the metal posts into the ground.
Not finished but a lot of progress.
In other news we had a visit from Age Cymru (Dyfed)
£250 Cheque gratefully received
Later, Tilly showed sins of a swelling on her front left paw and a lot of soft tissue damage. Cat was with us so having a tame VET with us was a good step forward.
After hours call to the vet was responded to within half an hour, and pressing the swelling seems to have moved some of the affects and Tilly was able to put her foot down again .Not sure what it is but looks as though it is not a break to the paw, though we will see how she is tomorrow before the final decision.
Other options suggest a possible snake bite or bee sting..
Pain injections, and antibiotics for 5 days - fingers crossed all will be well.
Cat heading home tomorrow after being with us since Monday.
Cheers
