Sue SewellEVRi have started using AI . All the parcels have a tracking/tracing point . At some point the company has realised, in order for them to be paid by say Next or Very or Pets at home , these parcels need to be delivered. Hence parcels being " delivered" without being delivered.
Sue Sewell unfortunately the police won't do anything. They will say it's a civil matter as the parcels haven't been stolen . I know ( before you all start shopping) there is an issue with the delivery but ........ your contract as a consumer, is with the retailer. Bombard the retailer with your concerns .
Ben Howells I have reported every lost parcel to the retailer and in most cases they have given me a refund and hopefully taken it up with Evri, but that is not the point this company is taking money from people and not delivering the service contracted for, this should be exposed on a larger platform, I don't blame you individually.
