16th September 2025 - And Breathe - Not doing much today

Thought for the day; " I've left my wife at home to polish my medieval outfit, whilst I go to the pub. She's always said, she'd like a night in, shining armour."

As it says on the tin - and breathe!

And once more the Germans are very naughty and have left us s money tree !!

They also bought us a Maple tree for the Garden. this was the abortive trip to get a tree from Aberystwyth when Jan was with us last time - but we went to a lovely nursery  south of Cardigan and it was very impressive .

Susie decided to try to flatten out the £20 pound notes tied to the money plant ..

Seems that leaving a hot iron on a £20 note will melt it - who knew?
